Our reasons for the changes to the fair are to make it more affordable for families to come to the fair.
Example: Last year,a family of 4 comes to the fair, both children purchase an armband for the rides at $18.00 each and mom and dad attend a grandstand event at $6.00 each. The total spent would be $48.00. This year, with the gate admission charge, the total cost would be $24.00 or $32.00 for all 4 depending on what night you attend. No matter how you look at it your saving money. The money you save you can either keep, or enjoy an Italian Sausage, Walking Taco or maybe a Funnel Cake. Along with the savings, the kids could also go to the the grandstand event and mom and dad could ride the rides with the kids if they want to.
P.S.- Dads, you could now take mom on a romantic ferris wheel ride if you want!
